1. Who operates this website

2. Information only

The content of this website provides information about our pools and services. Photographs, visualisations and project examples are illustrative; technical data, equipment and appearance may vary depending on the specific project. Advice on the website and the blog is general in nature and does not replace an expert on-site assessment.

3. Prices, calculator and quiz

Prices shown on the website are indicative and for information only. Calculator and quiz results are estimates based on the data you enter and do not constitute a legally binding offer.

The final price depends on the dimensions, equipment, terrain, site access, transport and other circumstances of the specific project. We provide a binding offer only after a consultation and, where necessary, a site inspection. A contract is concluded only when you accept an individual written offer or sign a contract.

4. Terms of sale and warranty

Detailed terms of sale, payment, delivery and installation are set out in the individual offer and contract. We provide a 5-year warranty on the pool shell and a 2-year warranty on installed equipment, under the conditions stated in the contract or warranty certificate. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the website available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, for example during maintenance or because of technical problems. We may change, extend or remove content and features at any time.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the website in a way that impairs its operation or security, circumvent protective measures, send unsolicited messages through the forms, submit other people’s data without authorisation, or scrape content automatically to an extent that puts load on the server. When you send us content (for example a photo), you confirm that you hold the necessary rights to it.

7. Intellectual property

The texts, photographs, drawings, PDF catalogues, the Clean Bazeni name and logo, and the website design are protected by intellectual property law. You may view the content and share links to it; any other reproduction or public use requires our prior written consent.

8. Links to other websites

The operators of external websites we link to (for example social networks or Google Maps) are responsible for their content and privacy practices.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage resulting from reliance on information on the website, from its unavailability or from the use of external links. This limitation does not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, to injury to life, body or health, or to liability that cannot be excluded by law, including mandatory consumer protection rules.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. The court with subject-matter and territorial jurisdiction in the Republic of Serbia is competent for disputes. If you are a consumer resident in another country, you retain the protection of the mandatory consumer protection provisions of that country.
